Rabond TG20

RABOND TG20 is a cement-based tile adhesive conforming to C2E classification under EN 12004. Designed for both interior and exterior floor applications, it provides enhanced bond strength and extended open time, improving workability over larger surface areas.

Its formulation of cement, graded sands, and advanced additives delivers improved consistency, adhesion, and extended open time. RABOND TG20 is particularly suitable for the installation of large-format ceramic, porcelain, marble, natural stone, and granite floor tiles.

Key features

  • Flexible, polymer-modified formulation to accommodate movement in the substrate and large tiles
  • Extended open time of at least 30 minutes, giving more time for tile placement and adjustment
  • High bond strength, even after heat exposure, water immersion and freeze–thaw cycles
  • Suitable for layer thicknesses up to 10 mm on properly prepared substrates

  • Available in grey and white to suit different tile colours

Application & coverage
Rabond TG20 is supplied as a cementitious powder. Simply mix 25 kg with approximately 7.0 – 8.0 litres of clean water to achieve a smooth, workable adhesive with a pot life of 4–5 hours. Typical consumption is 4 – 5 kg/m² depending on trowel notch size and substrate profile.
