Rabond TG30

RABOND TG30 is a high-performance cementitious adhesive conforming to C2TE classification under EN 12004. Designed for large-format tile installation indoors and outdoors, it offers high bond strength, extended open time, and excellent slip resistance.

Its formulation of premium cement, carefully graded sands, and polymers ensures strong adhesion and stable performance, making it ideal for low-porosity tiles such as porcelain, granite, and marble on both traditional and modern substrates.

Positioned above RABOND FLEX and just below RABOND FLEX PLUS, Rabond TG30 is recommended for both residential and commercial projects requiring high stability and precise tile positioning.

Key features

  • Extended open time of at least 30 minutes for easier tile placement and adjustment
  • High bond strength, even after heat exposure, water immersion and freeze–thaw cycles
  • Suitable for bed thicknesses up to 10 mm on properly prepared substrates
  • For internal and external walls and floors, including large format tiles
  • Application temperature from +5 °C to +35 °C, service temperature from −10 °C to +70 °C

Application & coverage
Rabond TG30 is supplied as a cementitious powder. Mix 25 kg with approximately 7.0 – 8.0 litres of clean water to obtain a smooth, homogenous adhesive with a pot life of 4–5 hours. Substrates must be dry, flat, structurally sound, fully cured and free from dust, oil, grease, curing compounds or other contaminants. Do not apply to excessively wet surfaces. Typical consumption is 4 – 5 kg/m², depending on trowel notch size and substrate profile.
