Rabond TG40

RABOND TG40 is a high-performance cement-based flexible adhesive conforming to C2TE S1 classification under EN 12004. Its advanced formulation provides exceptional flexibility, superior bonding strength, and extended open time.

Formulated with high-grade cement, carefully graded sands, advanced polymer-fibre technology, and enhanced additives, it delivers excellent workability, strong adhesion, and reliable slip resistance. RABOND TG40 is ideal for large-format ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and natural stone tiles, and is suitable for demanding installations such as balconies, terraces, swimming pools, underfloor heating systems, and areas exposed to thermal or structural movement.

Application & coverage
Rabond TG40 is supplied as a cementitious powder. Mix 25 kg with approximately 7.0 – 8.0 litres of clean water to obtain a smooth, homogenous adhesive with a pot life of 4–5 hours. Typical consumption is 4 – 5 kg/m², depending on trowel notch size and substrate profile.
